2 x Packets Plantein Schnitzels
1 ⅓ Cup Marinara Sauce
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese or Vegan Mozzarella Cheese (today's vegan options are better than ever)
2 Tbsp Fresh Basil (chopped)
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Remove Plant-Based schnitzels from packaging and place onto the lined baking tray.
Place tray into the oven and cook for 10 minutes. Turn halfway through. Remove from oven and top each schnitzel with about ⅓ cup of marinara sauce. Top each with a good sprinkle of mozzarella. Sprinkle with basil. Place back into the oven and grill at 210°C for 3-5 minutes. Be careful not to burn.
Best served warm on a bed of greens. Enjoy!
